Returns

We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Here are the specifics of our returns:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If it's been over 30 days, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Your product must be unused or clearly show signs of mold or contamination, as shown in a photograph of the defect as sent to lacunamushrooms@gmail.com. The product should be in the original packaging to qualify for a return. A proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Process: After we receive and inspect your return, an email confirmation will be sent to you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specified time frame.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If there are delays in receiving your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. 

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at lacunamushrooms@gmail.com for exchange requests.

  • Gifts: We do not accept gift returns. 

  • Shipping: For returns, ship your product to: 1361 State Park Road, Newport, Pennsylvania 17074. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Additional Notes:

 

  • Order Issues: If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an error by Lacuna Mushrooms, we will reship the order at our expense. However, if the issue is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

  • Refunds or Replacements: Spawn products are thoroughly checked before leaving our facility. We're unable to guarantee their performance once used. 

  • Replacement Policy: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Notify us within 24 hours if there's any damage. Pictures of the damaged packaging are necessary for us to process a claim with the shipper.
